Job Overview
Office Administrator must keep office running smoothly by fulfilling clerical and administrative responsibilities.
Job Description:
-Overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
-scheduling
- Answering phone calls and emails and directing inquiries to the appropriate department or employee based on the nature of the request
- Able to work with and understand CRM and FSM programs
- Manage invoices
- Tracking, replenishing and ordering supplies to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
- Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Dynamics 365 experience a plus
Construction industry experience a plus
Bilingual a plus (must be able to read, write, and speak English)
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Work Location: Remote
