Office Administrator

Job Vacancy: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily office operations efficiently and provide excellent administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls professionally and direct them appropriately.
  • Coordinate schedules and communications between clients and technicians.
  • Perform telephone marketing and follow-up with potential clients.
  • Manage office correspondence, filing, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in computer operations and all Microsoft Office suite programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Full knowledge and experience in receiving and managing phone calls.
  • Strong skills in telephone marketing and client engagement.
  • Excellent coordination abilities between clients and technical staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude.
