Office Administrator

Summary
We’re hiring a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy office administrator to support a busy pool service business. You’ll handle customer communication, scheduling, billing, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage invoices, payments, and basic Accounts Receivable & Payable
  • Process credit cards and customer billing
  • Schedule service jobs and coordinate technicians
  • Respond to customer calls/emails and resolve issues
  • Enter and manage data in company software
  • Order supplies and support day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Tech-savvy (comfortable with software, systems, and learning new tools quickly)
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is highly desirable
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Able to multitask and work independently

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
