Office Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to manage the daily administrative and inventory tasks of our business. This is a hands-on role that requires a mix of office-based data entry and occasional outdoor banking errands.

Key Responsibilities (Simple Tasks)

  • Financial Logging: Accurately record all daily sales and business purchases.
  • Pricing Management: Maintain a master list of product pricing and monitor supplier cost changes.
  • Inventory Control: Keep track of stock levels, perform physical counts, and ensure records match the warehouse/shelf.
  • Banking Errands: Visit the bank for cheque deposits, cash handling, and other financial documentation.
  • General Admin: Handle basic paperwork and ensure all receipts and invoices are filed correctly.
  • Computer Basics: Comfortable using a computer and basic spreadsheets (like Excel or Google Sheets) to track inventory.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Diploma or Intermediate (A-Level/HSC).
  • Language: Must be able to read, write, and speak English properly.
  • Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of computers and Excel/Google Sheets is essential for logging data.
  • Reliability: High integrity is required as the role involves handling cheques and sensitive pricing data.
  • Mobility: Must have your own transport (Motorcycle) for bank visits and errands.

Monthly Salary: PKR 35,000 - PKR 45,000 (Based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
