Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our HVAC team on a part-time basis (16 hours per week). The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day coordination of site activities, job scheduling, and office administration.
This role involves managing work schedules, assisting with job planning, supporting engineers in the field, and ensuring all project information is kept accurate and up to date. You will also support general office duties and help maintain clear communication between office staff, site teams, and clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, practical, and interested in working within a busy HVAC and construction environment.
