Office Administrator

Office Administrator

This role is responsible for ensuring that the Wintergreen workspace is functional and efficient. They oversee the daily coordination and organization of office procedures and serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and external vendors while providing essential clerical support to each department.

In person is required for this position. Based on work requirements, hybrid work may be possible.

Responsibilities:

Administrative

  • Oversees daily office operations and records
  • Handles office maintenance and security
  • Assists with onboarding new employees
  • Schedules meetings and coordinating events
  • Assists with HR related tasks such as procedures and employee questions
  • Act as main point of contact for internal and external communication

Supply Chain and Sales oversight

  • Oversees finances including invoices, budgets and basic bookkeeping and payroll
  • Assists in material and supplies purchasing
  • Manages group and special sales relationships and fulfillment

  • Being accountable for good communication, organization and confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, owners, and customers.

Organizational skills for multiple projects

  • Technical – knowledge of office software including Google Business, Office, ADP, Shopify and Katana
  • Problem solving – resolving conflicts and addressing facility issues
  • Being an example of leadership, attitude, work ethic, and forward thinking

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years in admin or front office roles
  • HS diploma required, a degree in Business or related field is highly preferred
  • Interest in outdoor recreation strongly preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
