Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a HVAC office, including billing, filing, and phone systems.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.
- Organize and record receipts.
- Handle billing and account ledgers.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or similar administrative role.
- Proficient in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
