Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator who will also function as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, coordinating internal communication, supporting sales and management teams, and assisting the management in administrative and operational tasks.
This role requires prior real estate experience in the UAE, strong understanding of RERA regulations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the management, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and follow-ups
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Handle professional email communication with clients, developers, and internal teams
- Draft, review, and respond to business correspondence in a professional manner
- Maintain client records, listings data, and internal documentation accurately
- Coordinate with sales agents, marketing teams, and third-party vendors
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business summaries for management
- Ensure compliance awareness and coordination in line with RERA guidelines
- Support CRM updates and lead management processes
- Assist in organizing meetings, property viewings, and internal events
- Use AI tools and productivity software to improve efficiency in reporting, communication, and operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in UAE real estate industry (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of RERA regulations and Dubai property market practices
- Prior experience in administrative, office management, or executive assistant roles
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to independently manage emails, client communication, and follow-ups
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic real estate documentation
- AI-equipped mindset: ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools) for productivity, drafting, and workflow optimization
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and confidentiality when handling business information
- Ability to work directly with senior leadership.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
