Office Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a polished and highly organized Office Administrator to manage front desk operations and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the face of the organization, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a professional workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Manage front desk operations including greeting guests, handling inquiries, and directing visitors appropriately.
  • Answer and route incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain office security procedures by monitoring visitor access and issuing passes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the reception area and office spaces are organized and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with office supply management and vendor coordination.
  • Support internal teams with administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Russian (both spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: Up to AED8,500.00 per month
