About the Role
We are seeking a polished and highly organized Office Administrator to manage front desk operations and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the face of the organization, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a professional workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
- Manage front desk operations including greeting guests, handling inquiries, and directing visitors appropriately.
- Answer and route incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain office security procedures by monitoring visitor access and issuing passes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support administrative tasks.
- Ensure the reception area and office spaces are organized and presentable at all times.
- Assist with office supply management and vendor coordination.
- Support internal teams with administrative and coordination tasks as required.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Russian (both spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Pay: Up to AED8,500.00 per month
