Office Administrator / Data Reporting Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Longwood, FL for an Office Administrator / Data Reporting Specialist. Day-to-day duties include reviewing premium statements, preparing reports, processing vendor payments, etc. This role requires a strong knowledge in Excel and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of Access a PLUS
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in healthcare industry is a plus but not required

Position is in our Longwood office....not a remote position.
