Job Summary:
Leveza Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a reliable and organized Documentation Executive – Admin to handle administrative and documentation-related tasks. The role involves maintaining company records, managing logistics and production documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments for day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Documentation Management
- Maintain and update all company records, files, and documents (both soft and hard copies).
- Prepare and manage dispatch, transport, and export documents related to frozen and breaded food shipments.
- Maintain purchase orders, delivery challans, GRNs, gate passes, and stock movement records.
- Ensure proper filing of invoices, bills, and production-related documentation.
- Support audit and compliance teams with document retrieval and verification.
2. Administrative Support
- Handle general office administration, correspondence, and communication.
- Maintain employee attendance registers, visitor logs, and internal reports.
- Support HR and Accounts departments with data entry and documentation.
- Manage office supplies, courier dispatches, and vendor coordination for admin requirements.
3. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams for dispatch and material movement documentation.
- Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and customers regarding required paperwork.
- Assist management in preparing reports, letters, and internal memos.
4. Compliance & Record Keeping
- Maintain records required for FSSAI, factory compliance, and safety documentation.
- Ensure document accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support in preparation of internal audit and quality management documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 years of experience in documentation or admin role, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and document management.
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with dispatch/logistics documentation preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in frozen foods, food processing, or FMCG trading company.
- Exposure to dispatch, transport, and production-related documentation will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
