Office Administrator | Retail Industry (Remote from Egypt)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our client's retail business operations in the United States. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in contract preparation, business documentation, and client communications. This role requires excellent English fluency, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage business contracts, agreements, and documentation.

  • Communicate with US-based clients via email, phone, and video calls with a high level of professionalism.

  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases for contracts and company documentation.

  • Provide administrative support to management including scheduling, reports, and coordination.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in improving administrative processes.

  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and internal communication materials.

  • Liaise with internal teams to support day-to-day retail operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

  • 1-3 years of administrative experience (preferably in retail, contracting, or client-facing roles).

  • Strong knowledge of contract preparation and documentation management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English (mandatory).

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.

  • Experience working with US-based companies.
  • Familiarity with retail or e-commerce industry practices.

  • Customer service and client relationship management skills.
