Office Administrator (w/ Bookkeeping)

Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 / year

Description

You Are:

Responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient office operations, managing financial and payroll processes, overseeing compliance, and supporting employee-related administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, a high level of confidentiality and the ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure streamlined processes.

Your Schedule:
  • Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
  • Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Your Contribution to Arcane Technologies:

  • Bookkeeping: invoice processing, accounts payable, deposits, collections and reporting
  • Job Costing & Project Accounting: track labor/materials/expenses, monitor profitability, assist with WIP.
  • Payroll: Processing, reporting, and tax filings and payment
  • Compliance: State sales tax and Use tax filings, insurance renewals, licenses, and tax preparation (hand to CPA)
  • Maintain Office: Supplies, building, vehicle/equipment, access
  • Admin: Plan occasional travel and corporate events, mail handling, client/vendor communication, record keeping, filing

Your Background/Skills:

  • +3yrs accounting experience (small business preferred)
  • Proficiency w/ Quickbooks or similar
  • Experience managing payroll and basic accounting functions.
