Office Administrator/Bookkeeper

Pay will be based on experience and performance.

We are looking to fill a Full Time, Bookkeeping/Receptionist position. You will keep the books for multiple companies, AR/AP, Payroll Processing, Quarterlies, and other Bookkeeping functions .

Responsibilities:

· Using Quickbooks

· Accounts Payable

· Accounts Receivable

· Bank and sales reconciliation

· Process Payroll, review and file payroll documents, reporting

· Adjusting entries

· Problem solving in Quickbooks

· Banking

· Prepare reports in Microsoft Suite programs

· Communicate with clients, resolve issues

Qualifications:

· Bookkeeping/accounting

· Knowledge of general accounting principles

· Quickbooks proficient

· Able to use Microsoft Platform

· Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Effective organizational and time management skills

· Ability to work independently, yet be part of the team

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
