Office Administrator/Customer Service & Design Center Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
  • Schedule projects and help coordinate employee calendars
  • Welcome customers in our design center/showroom
  • Assist customers with tile, flooring, cabinet and design selections
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers
  • Support project coordination and office organization
  • Help with social media posting and basic marketing tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service from first contact to project completion

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

  • Customer service
  • Sales experience
  • Social media marketing
  • Construction or remodeling industry
  • Tile, flooring, and/or cabinet design
  • Cabinet design experience (especially Design Flex by 2020)
  • Interior design or showroom sales
  • Office administration
  • Scheduling and team coordination

We are willing to train the right person, but strong communication skills and a friendly personality are a must.

Compensation:

  • Pay is negotiable and will be discussed during the interview process. Starting pay $20-$25. Part-time or Full-time options.
