Job Summary: Office Administrator

The Administrative Assistant will support daily office operations and ensure efficient functioning of the organization. This role includes a variety of administrative and clerical tasks such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, and providing support to staff and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees and training coordination.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
