Duties And Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include receiving and organizing materials, performing Goods Receipting in SAP, verifying packing slips to invoices and investigating problem materials shipments.

Processes materials by affixing labels, creates book jackets, marks stamps, applies RFID tags, and creates records for each item and adds them to the libraries lendable collection.

Moves materials throughout the building (books, CDs, DVDs and/or papers weighing up to 60 pounds using a book truck).

Breaks down boxes.

Performs other duties as assigned.
The schedule for this position will be Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 2:30pm.
Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required.

Familiarity with PC applications required.

SAP/EBP and Symphony experience systems required.

Ability to read and transliterate a major immigrant language of Queens preferred.
