About Us:

Bhasha Bharati Translation Services is a leading language service provider with over 10 years of experience offering professional translation, interpretation, voice-over, and localization services across major Indian and foreign languages. We are expanding our team and are looking for a proactive Office Assistant to support our daily administrative and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks.

· Assist in documentation, file management, and data entry.

· Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.

· Maintain office inventory and ensure a clean and organized workspace.

· Handle phone calls, emails, and courier dispatches.

· Support the HR and operations team in scheduling meetings and follow-ups.

· Prepare basic reports and maintain records.

· Assist in managing vendor documents and project files.

Skills Required:

· Good communication skills (written & verbal).

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

· Basic understanding of office procedures.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
