Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will support daily administrative operations, maintain office organization, and assist management and staff with essential clerical tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Arrange and manage appointments, schedules, and meetings.
  • Support HR and accounting functions when required.
  • Keep the office clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Gulf experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • Must be available for immediate joining.
