Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the pantry area in a clean, orderly condition, ensuring it is well-stocked at all times.
  • Prepare and serve refreshments to employees and guests in a timely, courteous manner.
  • Monitor pantry inventory, restock beverages, snacks, utensils, and kitchen consumables as required.
  • Operate and clean coffee machines, water dispensers, and other office appliances regularly.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance or servicing of pantry equipment.
  • Support office teams with photocopying, filing, scanning, document binding, and general clerical tasks.
  • Distribute stationery and office supplies upon request and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Assist with the preparation of meeting rooms, ensuring materials and refreshments are ready in advance.
  • Provide support during corporate events, meetings, and special functions when required.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and professional standards across all work areas.
