Location: Khadda Market, DHA Phase- V, Karachi
Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive Office Assistant to manage daily administrative operations and serve as a key support contact. You will handle ERP tasks, maintain records in Excel, and ensure smooth office workflow while professionally addressing customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process data and run reports using the company ERP system.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Assist in managing daily office tasks (supplies, scheduling, filing, correspondence)
  • Support team members with administrative and operational duties.

Requirements

  • Experience with ERP software operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Professional and courteous manner for customer interactions.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–2 years experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
