We are looking for an Office Assistant that supports daily office operations by performing administrative, clerical, and organizational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage office tasks i.e purchasing new equipment/supplies, Market inquiries, getting quotations.

Repair & Maintenance of office assets.

Maintain files, documents, and office records.

Managing and keeping records of petty cash.

Support HR meetings, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks.

Banks related tasks i.e inquiries regarding remittances.

Assist staff in routine office work as needed.

Also the tasks provided by the Seniors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
