Job Description:
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office functionality across all departments.
- Lead, supervise, and develop administrative staff, ensuring accountability and high performance.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage procurement, inventory, and maintenance of office supplies and company assets within the approved budget.
- Supervise office infrastructure, facility maintenance, vendor contracts, and service performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and data security standards.
- Monitor administrative budgets and optimize expenditures in alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, audits, and visits by external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital records, ensuring secure and organized document management.
- Support HR functions including employee onboarding, workspace setup, and engagement initiatives.
- Conduct market visits for quotations and negotiate with vendors to secure the best rates and services.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness by supervising housekeeping staff, monitoring cleaning schedules, and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Oversee cafeteria and food-serving operations, ensuring timely meal arrangements, quality control, and vendor coordination.
- Manage support staff (housekeeping, office boys, drivers, security, etc.) including attendance, duty allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct regular inspections of office premises to identify maintenance, hygiene, and safety concerns and ensure timely resolution.I
- Implement and monitor workplace safety protocols, including fire safety measures and emergency preparedness.
