Job Description:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office functionality across all departments.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop administrative staff, ensuring accountability and high performance.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage procurement, inventory, and maintenance of office supplies and company assets within the approved budget.
  • Supervise office infrastructure, facility maintenance, vendor contracts, and service performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and data security standards.
  • Monitor administrative budgets and optimize expenditures in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, audits, and visits by external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate physical and digital records, ensuring secure and organized document management.
  • Support HR functions including employee onboarding, workspace setup, and engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct market visits for quotations and negotiate with vendors to secure the best rates and services.
  • Ensure workplace cleanliness by supervising housekeeping staff, monitoring cleaning schedules, and maintaining hygiene standards.
  • Oversee cafeteria and food-serving operations, ensuring timely meal arrangements, quality control, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage support staff (housekeeping, office boys, drivers, security, etc.) including attendance, duty allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct regular inspections of office premises to identify maintenance, hygiene, and safety concerns and ensure timely resolution.I
  • Implement and monitor workplace safety protocols, including fire safety measures and emergency preparedness.
