Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness before distribution.
  • Support office operations by managing supplies and inventory levels.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients, providing assistance as needed.
  • Utilize computer software for various office tasks, including spreadsheets and word processing.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office or clerical role is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with proficiency in computer applications.
  • Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with administrative procedures and office management practices.
  • Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
