Office Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team! Duties

  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff members
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to support daily operations
  • Do light cleaning in the office, including vacuuming and wiping tables.
  • Assist with office management duties including organizing files, preparing reports, and supporting administrative projects

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clients and team members
  • Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
  • Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
