Key responsibilities: greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing files, maintaining office supplies, performing data entry, schedule appointments, and assist with various administrative projects to support staff.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

· Front Office Support: Greeting clients/visitors, answering/routing calls, and handling general inquiries.

· Clerical Tasks: Filing, scanning, photocopying, faxing, and updating paperwork.

· Office Maintenance: Managing inventory, ordering office supplies, and ensuring office equipment is operational

· Communication & Correspondence: Sorting/distributing mail and managing email communications.

· Scheduling & Coordination: Booking meeting rooms, organizing, and maintaining calendars.

· Data Entry: Maintaining accurate, secure, and up-to-date records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and office equipment (printers, scanners).

· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

· Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain an organized workspace.

· Experience: Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.

· Interpersonal Skills: A professional demeanor to interact with staff, visitors, and vendors.

Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
