Office Assistant

Job Overview:

We’re hiring an Office Administrative Assistant who takes pride in organization, communication, and keeping operations on track. This role is the backbone of our day-to-day workflow and plays a key part in supporting our team and delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, messages, and customer communication
  • Schedule appointments, estimates, and job installations
  • Maintain accurate customer and job records
  • Assist with invoicing, payments, and general office tasks
  • Support internal communication between office staff and field crews
  • Help track sales activity and basic performance metrics

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior office or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and office software
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for basic business use
