Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, messages, and customer communication
- Schedule appointments, estimates, and job installations
- Maintain accurate customer and job records
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and general office tasks
- Support internal communication between office staff and field crews
- Help track sales activity and basic performance metrics
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable using computers, email, and office software
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for basic business use
