Office Assistant

Job Description:

I’m looking for a dependable and organized Office Assistant to help with a wide range of day-to-day tasks. The role is flexible and involves handling “random stuff” — everything from scheduling and organizing documents to running errands, managing emails, doing light research, and helping keep things on track.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Manage schedules, reminders, and basic communications
  • Handle errands, filing, and general office upkeep
  • Support personal and business projects as needed
  • Stay adaptable and ready to tackle new or unexpected tasks

Requirements:

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Comfortable juggling a variety of tasks
  • Basic computer and organizational skills
  • Tech Savvy
  • Excel proficient
  • Must speak Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
