Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations while delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer service inquiries, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
  • Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Organize and manage office documents, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
  • Support administrative functions such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Act as a personal assistant to management as needed, handling various clerical tasks.
  • Utilize computer literacy to operate office software and equipment efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an office environment is preferred, with skills in front desk operations.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
  • Proficiency in data entry and file management is essential for this role.
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks such as scheduling and document preparation.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including knowledge of common office software applications.
  • Experience as a medical receptionist or similar role is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
