  • Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and coordinate meetings for staff members
  • Assist with customer service inquiries, providing support via phone or email with a friendly, helpful attitude
  • Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations

Requirements

  • Proven office experience or clerical background demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
