Office Assistant

We are a growing property management company seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and dependable Office Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, long-term position with opportunities for growth within the real estate and property management industry.

Position Overview: We are looking for someone with a great attitude who can jump in wherever needed and help keep our office running smoothly. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and enjoys working with people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls from tenants, owners, and vendors
  • Assist with tenant communications and maintenance requests
  • Provide general administrative support including billing, filing, and data entry
  • Help coordinate schedules, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Support the team with day-to-day office operations and special projects
  • Assist with light property-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and follow through on assignments
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); QuickBooks experience is a plus
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
