Office Assistant

We are hiring energetic and experienced Office Assistants for our Paints and Coating Systems division. Candidates should be confident in handling both indoor showroom sales and outdoor client visits.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Billing: Prepare invoices and handle cash or card transactions at the counter.
  • Purchase: Raise LPOs and MRQs as per the demand.
  • Counter Sales: Manage Counter Sales of Materials.
  • Accounts: Maintain, record and report daily sales and purchase.
  • Documentation: Proper documentation of the purchase, sales and expense data to be maintained.
  • Data Entry: Enter daily sales, stock details, and customer records in the system.
  • Stock Arrangement: Organize and arrange products in the showroom and store area. Ensure proper labeling and price tagging.
  • Delivery Support: Coordinate and assist in material delivery to customers when required.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience in paint or building materials sales (indoor/outdoor).
  • Knowledge of paints and coating systems.
  • Valid Oman driving license (mandatory).
  • Good computer knowledge – MS Office, email communication, and basic reporting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid OMAN License
  • Preference for candidates available to join immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RO200.000 per month
