Office Assistant

This role blends office administration with outdoor coordination, ensuring smooth business operations and excellent client service.

  • This role blends office administration with outdoor coordination, ensuring smooth business operations and excellent client service.Provide administrative support for daily office operations, including data entry, filing, record management, and internal communication.
  • Handle document delivery to clients, partners, and relevant authorities, including visas, passports, and other important paperwork.
  • Manage ticket delivery and coordinate dispatch to clients or courier services.
  • Offer basic client support by responding to inquiries, guiding clients, and directing them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Coordinate logistics related to document collection, ticket pickup, and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, courier services, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure office organization is maintained for smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Support the agency’s day-to-day operations by combining administrative efficiency with reliable logistical coordination.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
