Office Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and efficient support system that keeps our office running smoothly. Your approach and attention to detail will ensure seamless daily operations, and effective administrative support. This position offers an opportunity to develop your office skills while contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Bilingual abilities are a plus, as you’ll assist diverse team members with professionalism and warmth.

Duties

  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory and filing
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via in person, phone or email with patience and clarity
  • Support clerical duties including typing, document preparation, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and professionalism
  • Handle administrative support tasks for various teams as needed

Experience

  • Previous office experience in administrative or clerical roles is highly preferred
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is beneficial but not required
  • Familiarity with office procedures including filing systems
  • Good communication skills and enjoys working with people
