Office Coordinator / Secretary – Max & Mallhi (Lahore)

We are hiring a professional, well-organized, and presentable Office Coordinator / Secretary for our architecture and construction office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calls, emails, and client interactions
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with team & site staff
  • Maintain records, documents, and office organization
  • Handle client follow-ups and basic coordination tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 1–3 years relevant experience
  • Strong communication and MS Office skills
  • Good personality, punctual, and disciplined

Salary: Market competitive (based on experience)
