Office Assistant (Knowledge of Content writing or SEO) (Female)

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of SEO or WordPress and be confident in handling office communication, documentation, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers professionally (in person, phone, and email)
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls
  • Respond to customer emails and inquiries
  • Create and manage invoices, delivery challans, and incoming records
  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal staff for deliveries and customer requirements
  • Assist in basic WordPress updates or SEO-related tasks (as required)
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum basic knowledge of SEO OR WordPress
  • Good communication skills (English & Urdu preferred)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email handling)
  • Ability to create invoices and challans accurately
  • Well-organized, punctual, and responsible
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred (But Not Mandatory)

  • Previous experience as an Office Assistant or Admin
  • Familiarity with customer handling
  • Experience with billing or accounting software
