Office Assistant Manager

A+ Physical Rehab, located in Salem and Malden MA. We are now hiring an experienced Assistant Manager with Chiropractic or Physical Therapy office experience! The ideal Assistant Manager (Chiropractor / Physical Therapy office experience) will be responsible for:

• Patient intake and retention
• Ensuring patients are provided with excellent treatment and customer service
• Checking emails and answering the phone
• Assisting with day-to-day clinic operations
• Assisting with Billing and Collection
• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
