Job description:
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Office Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and common areas
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms and office arrangements
- Handle internal errands, document delivery, and basic office support tasks
- Ensure pantry and stationary supplies are stocked and organized
- Support the admin team with day-to-day requirements
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Support staff with administrative requirement
Requirements
- Communication skills
- Physically fit and able to handle routine office tasks
- Punctual, honest, and responsible
- Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage

- Candidates currently based in the UAE

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
