Office Assistant / Office Attendant

Job description:

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Office Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and common areas
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
  • Assist with setting up meeting rooms and office arrangements
  • Handle internal errands, document delivery, and basic office support tasks
  • Ensure pantry and stationary supplies are stocked and organized
  • Support the admin team with day-to-day requirements
  • Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
  • Support staff with administrative requirement

Requirements

  • Communication skills
  • Physically fit and able to handle routine office tasks
  • Punctual, honest, and responsible
  • Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage

Preferred Candidate

  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Candidates currently based in the UAE

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
