Horizon Air Solutions is a fast-growing HVAC company seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Administrator / Operations Coordinator to support daily operations as we continue to scale.

This is a critical behind-the-scenes role focused on coordination, administrative support, and ensuring smooth execution from sale to installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks and job-related documentation
• Coordinate installation schedules with crews and confirm logistics
• Communicate with customers before and after installations
• Assist with financing documentation and ensure all required paperwork is complete
• Maintain organized and up-to-date job files, invoices, and records
• Support internal operations to ensure jobs transition efficiently from sale to installation

Compensation

• $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience
• Full-time position

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (phone, text, and email)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
• Comfortable using office software (training provided)
