Job Description Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide clerical support to the Office of the Dean of Student Engagement and Retention. This is accomplished by assisting the Dean, Assistant Dean, Director, Coordinator and Administrative Assistant II with clerical functions and support activities.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalency
Six (6) months office/clerical related experience
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Proficiency with MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy maintaining records.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with students, faculty, staff, and public.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in higher education setting.
