We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Office Assistant to become the operational backbone of our Dubai office. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives on variety and is looking to build a long-term career, with a clear path to growing into an Office Coordinator position. You will be the central point for administrative efficiency, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Administrative Excellence: Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and the team, including document control of professional correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining an efficient filing system (both digital and physical).
  • Office Management: Take charge of office operations by managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring the workplace is organized and fully functional.
  • Communication Hub: Serve as a professional first point of contact, liaising effectively with vendors, and suppliers physically , via phone and email.
  • Data & Document Management: Accurately perform data entry, maintain records, and utilize MS Office (especially Excel) to create spreadsheets and track key information.
  • Logistical Support: Utilize your valid UAE driving license to handle important office errands, such as document deliveries, collections, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Team Support: Proactively anticipate the needs of the team and provide reliable support to facilitate overall productivity.
