Office assistant/Clinic Assistant

Job Overview:

Part Time Job!

College student welcome.
We are looking to hire a quality customer service-oriented office assistant/clinic assistant with excellent customer service skills, and an outgoing personality. You must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, compassionate, and enjoy working with patients.

Your daily work:

Schedule, following up, confirm appointments

Welcomes patients by greeting in person, via phone, email.

Check in patients. Create a comfortable atmosphere for our patients

Ensures appropriate actions are taken to resolve patient and family members’ questions and concerns

Prepare patients for acupuncture or other procedures with provider. Obtain vital signs, room patient. Collect all necessary paperwork from patients and maintain accurate patient records. Scan appropriate medical documents.

Maintain treatment rooms (supplies, cleanliness), workstations.

Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a medical receptionist or medical assistant/nurse assistant role within a healthcare setting is not required, but is a plus
-Strong understanding of patient service principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to learn new things quickly ( Verbal and hands-on).
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
