Office Based Virtual Assistant - Video Editor (Adobe Premiere Pro)

Job Overview

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Office Based - Virtual Assistants who are proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro to create engaging and high-quality video content and providing admin assistance. The ideal candidates should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics, with the ability to turn raw footage into polished final products aligned with brand goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into compelling content for digital platforms (social media, website, ads, etc.)
• Use Adobe Premiere Pro to assemble, cut, trim, and enhance video sequences
• Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects and LUTs where required
• Managing emails, schedules, and basic coordination tasks
• Handling data entry and maintaining accurate business records
• Updating and managing information in the CRM system
• Assisting with documentation, reporting, and record keeping

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work in a team oriented and fast paced environment
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
• 2–5+ years of experience in video editing.
