Goodlands is a leading brand in the pickleball industry, offering premium sports products and professional court construction services. We are excited to announce the launch of our brand-new pickleball court on 1st May, 2025 and are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy / Court Assistant to support daily operations at the facility.

Job Summary:

As an Office Boy / Court Assistant, you will be responsible for opening and maintaining the pickleball court every morning at 7:00 AM. You will help ensure the court is clean, organized, and ready for players while assisting with basic facility tasks throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

Open the pickleball court daily at 7:00 AM

Ensure the court area, reception, and surrounding facilities are clean and well-maintained

Set up equipment (nets, paddles, balls) before play begins

Assist players with basic inquiries and court bookings

Maintain cleanliness of common areas (changing rooms, restrooms, seating areas)

Manage daily facility checks (lights, water supply, cleanliness)

Coordinate with management for any maintenance or repair requirements

Ensure secure closing of the facility after operational hours (if required)

Assist with basic office tasks as needed

Requirements:

Prior experience as an office boy or in facility management (preferred but not mandatory)

Punctual and responsible with a strong work ethic

Ability to manage cleaning and organizing tasks efficiently

Good communication skills and polite behavior with visitors/players

Willingness to work early morning shifts and on weekends/holidays if needed

Basic knowledge of sports facilities (preferred but not mandatory)

Work Timings:

Start Time: 7:00 AM to 4 pm

Additional hours may be required based on operational needs
