Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and active office boy to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, handling errands and assisting staff with various tasks to ensure a smooth, efficient working environment in Islamabad Capital Territory, Pakistan

Responsibility :

• Serve tea, qava and coffee to staff and visitors.
• Clean the office kitchen on daily basis.
• Responsible for disposal of trash, waste and other disposable material.
• Dealing with queries and requests from employees.
• Coordinating with maintenance and repair of office equipment.
• Damp dust furniture, light fixtures, and bathrooms daily.
• The person must have neat and clean personality.
• Should be able to go outside the office for any kind directed to him.
• Job requires attentiveness, activeness and responsible attitude.
• Handling electronic files and papers.
• Assist in menial office tasks directed to him.
• Maintain cleanlines of office permises and kitchen.
