Facility Maintenance
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of office premises, including workspaces, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.
Arrange and organize office supplies, furniture, and equipment as needed.
Monitor and report maintenance issues to the administration team.
Assistance to Employees and Visitors
Serve refreshments, beverages, and snacks to staff and visitors.
Assist employees with basic tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and message delivery.
Escort visitors or guests to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Office Operations Support
Collect and distribute incoming and outgoing mail or packages.
Manage and restock pantry supplies, including tea, coffee, and snacks.
Ensure timely disposal of office waste and recycling.
Errands and Procurement
Handle outdoor tasks such as purchasing office supplies, paying bills, or delivering documents.
Coordinate with vendors for minor procurements or deliveries as instructed.
Compliance and Safety
Follow safety and hygiene protocols while performing tasks.
Ensure proper handling of office equipment and report any damages or issues immediately.
Miscellaneous Duties
Provide support during office events, meetings, or training sessions by arranging materials or setups.
Perform other general tasks as assigned by the administration team.
