About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be punctual, organized, and capable of handling routine office tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and office guests
• Maintain cleanliness of office, pantry, reception, and meeting rooms
• Assist with photocopying, scanning, and basic office tasks
• Monitor and restock office supplies (tea, water, stationery, etc.)
• Handle outdoor tasks like bank visits, courier handling, and purchasing items
• Ensure cleanliness of washrooms and maintain hygiene standards
• Assist staff in day-to-day tasks as required
• Keep all common areas neat and presentable
• Handle basic office maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Minimum education: Matric
• Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Physically fit, punctual, and responsible
• Good hygiene and neat appearance
• Basic understanding of office etiquette
• Willing to follow instructions and work in a team
