Job Title: Virtual Assistant – eBay & Amazon FBA (USA Market)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong experience in managing eBay and Amazon FBA stores in the USA market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in product research, listing optimization, and order management, along with a good understanding of marketplace policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain eBay and Amazon seller accounts for the USA marketplace
• Conduct product research to identify profitable and trending items
• Create and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, keywords, and images
• Handle inventory management and coordinate with suppliers
• Process orders, track shipments, and manage returns and refunds
• Monitor account health and performance metrics while ensuring compliance with platform policies
• Manage customer service inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
• Run and optimize PPC campaigns on Amazon if experienced

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant for eBay and Amazon FBA in the USA market
• Strong knowledge of product hunting tools and techniques
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub
• Understanding of FBA processes, shipping plans, and inventory forecasting
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Zik Analytics
• Knowledge of Amazon PPC and SEO optimization
• Basic graphic design skills for product images would be great

Working Conditions:

• Competitive salary based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
