Job Summary:
The Office Assistant is responsible for providing general support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role includes maintaining cleanliness, assisting administrative staff, and handling routine office tasks in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors in a courteous manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workspaces, kitchen, and washrooms
  • Perform basic clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution
  • Assist in arranging meeting rooms and ensuring necessary supplies are available
  • Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies as required
  • Handle internal and external errands (e.g., delivering documents, purchasing small items)
  • Support administrative staff with day-to-day operational tasks
  • Ensure office opening and closing procedures are followed properly

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: Middle / Matriculation
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of office practices and hygiene standards
  • Good communication skills and professional attitude
  • Punctual, trustworthy, and responsible
  • Physically fit to perform routine tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs24,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
