Office Boy & Cleaner

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain Cleanliness:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping and moping etc.
• Monitor and refill cleaning supplies as necessary.

2. Office Supplies Management:

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of office supplies.
• Coordinate with the Administrative Team for purchasing of necessary supplies.

3. Support Staff & Guests:

• Greet and assist guests in professional manner.
• Ensure meeting rooms are set up as required.
• Provide support to staff members as requested.
• Arranging Tea/Coffee as required
• Refilling water coolers/bottles for employees
• Serve the lunch at designated time
• Washing dishes

4. Duties & Deliveries:

• Perform general duties such as banking, bill payments, and other tasks as required.
• Assist in deliveries and collection of documents or packages.

5. Maintain Office Equipment:

• Ensure that office equipment like photocopiers and printers are in working order.
• Report any malfunction or maintenance promptly.

Qualification:

• High school certificate
• Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor
• Physical stamina for carrying our manual tasks
